However, on rare occasions when a required part is not readily available, the repair process may extend up to a few days. We want to be transparent with our customers, and due to the fluctuating workload at our shop, we cannot offer guaranteed turnaround times. Nevertheless, our dedicated team will make every effort to provide you with an accurate estimate for your repair, although this estimate is non-binding. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work diligently to deliver efficient and reliable repair services to get you back to optimal device functionality as quickly as possible.

Do you provide free estimates?

At TECHSOL, we are pleased to offer free estimates for all standard devices. However, in certain cases where diagnosing a device involves complex technical challenges or requires significant time, a small fee may apply. Rest assured, our priority is to provide you with transparent and accurate estimates.

For common devices and issues, we strive to provide on-the-spot estimates when you drop off your device. In some instances, it may take a business day or two to ensure a thorough assessment.

Do you offer a warranty on your services?

At TECHSOL, we take pride in delivering exceptional phone and computer repair services, and we stand behind the quality of our work. For your peace of mind, all phone and computer repairs come with a 90-day limited warranty. This warranty ensures that if any issue from the original work recurs within 90 days, we will reperform the necessary work at no extra cost to you. Additionally, all replacement parts used in these repairs are guaranteed for 90 days.

It’s important to note that the warranty does not cover any physical damage or unrelated issues that may develop during the 90-day period, even if they occur within this time frame.

For mobile phone screen replacements, we offer an even more extensive limited lifetime warranty. Within 6 months of the installation, if any issues arise with the new screen, we will replace it with a new one at no additional charge to you. After this 6-month period, we will still offer to swap the part, but a labor-only fee will apply.

Our limited lifetime warranty covers any glitches or defects that may arise with the replacement screen. However, please be aware that the warranty becomes void if the screen is cracked, physically or visibly damaged (including water damage), or if the phone has been tampered with by anyone other than one of our certified technicians after installation.
